Someone on our team will reach out to you and let you know we have received your part request(s) and include any questions pertinent to quoting/manufacturability. The team member will then prepare it for manufacturing. Once it is ready, they will reach out again with an attached quote.

This is highly dependent on the request. In general though, our time will be paid for by the hour based on the rates listed on the respective RFQ pages.

Alternative payment plans can be discussed as necessary, and special cases will be brought up during the initialization phase of the project. These can include but are not limited to: sale percentage, payment time periods, other legal agreements, etc.

The reason is to emphasize both aspects of what we do. Technically both would fall under the umbrella of Engineering and Design Consulting; however, this does not emphasize our desire to take an idea and build it entirely from the ground-up. Likewise, the opposite is true if we were just to call both Project Freelance, where the concept of troubleshooting and advising is not emphasized enough. Ultimately it just comes down to semantics, and functionally speaking neither will be treated particularly different.
